PhotoPanda's scanning services are sold by the box. Each prepaid box is all-inclusive, meaning we will scan as many photos as you can fit inside.
We can scan any photos that fit within the box, provided they meet our Photo Requirements.
Our photo count estimates are based on standard 4x6" photos. The actual number of photos you can fit may vary depending on the size and organization of your photos.

Every service package includes free insured shipping both ways, 600 DPI scanning, and industry-leading AI enhancements.

Small Starter: Free envelope, 40+ 4x6" photos. Max photo size 5x7". Does NOT include a free USB.
Bear Box: $95 9x6x1.75" package, fits about 400 photos. Max photo size 5x9".
Perfect Parcel: $245 12x9x2" package, fits about 900 photos. Max photo size 8.5x11".
Cavernous Crate: $495 12x11.75x5.5" package, fits about 2,700 photos. Max photo size 8.5x11".
Cavernous Crates x2: Bulk discount - 2 Cavernous Crates for $795, fitting approximately 5,400 photos total. Max photo size 8.5x11".
Cavernous Crates x4: Bulk discount - 4 Cavernous Crates for $1095, fitting approximately 10,800 photos total. Max photo size 8.5x11".

Large / Small Orders
For larger orders, we recommend purchasing multiple Cavernous Crates at $347.50 each.
For smaller or in-between sized orders, we suggest choosing the next size up. Contact us for potential discount codes if your photo count falls strictly between package sizes.

- USB Flash Drives: One free USB drive is included with every paid order. Additional USB drives can be purchased for $12 each.
- Photo Frames: Modern and sleek photo frames, perfect for displaying your cherished memories digitized through our photo scanning services. $165 each.
- Photo Groups: We digitally preserve your photo groups. Separate photos into groups using bags or rubber bands.
Add-ons can be purchased at any time on your Order Status page. If your order has already shipped, add-ons will be mailed separately.
