35mm Slides, Negatives, VHS, and Albums
While we can digitize your other media like slides, negatives, and VHS/cassettes, they will be billed separately as an additional charge after scanning is complete.
Please confirm with our support team before sending in any alternative media, otherwise they will be skipped during the normal print digitizing process.
The minimum extra fee for digitizing these extra media items is $30.

All media must also fit inside the PhotoPanda box(es) you purchased. Otherwise, we recommend using our Bring Your Own Box program for larger format media.
Alternative media is not eligible for Magic Enhancements or Priority Scanning.
Videos (e.g. VHS tapes) will not appear on our Cloud Vault Backup, only your USB thumb drive.
We will charge your original payment method once scanning is complete and we have a final count of each media type. This will be itemized on the emailed invoice and your Order Status Page.
If you have a large number of any types of these media, please contact us before ordering.
- (1) We cannot remove photos from album sleeves. However, we can digitize albums or scrapbooks by scanning each entire page. The cost is $79.50 per book.
- (2) VHS and Cassettes currently cannot be played on our Cloud Vault Backup, but will be available on the USB flash drive.
We do not develop film or photos, nor do any photo printing.
