Scheduling a Pickup
Scheduling a pickup from your home is a safe and convenient way to mail your photos to our lab.
Pickups are free with every PhotoPanda service and are carried by the USPS. Your package must be taped shut and the prepaid shipping label must be left uncovered.
Scheduling Steps
- Go to the USPS Pickup Website.
- We recommend logging in if you have an account. Otherwise, enter the physical address where you'd like the pickup.
- Press "Check Availability".
- Select where you will leave your photo box. You can leave the box on your porch, or request to hand the box to your mail carrier directly.
- Select "Pick up during regular mail delivery.".
- Choose any future date in the calendar, even the next business day.
- Under "How many packages are we picking up?", put the number of boxes you've prepared into the Returns box.
- Put the total estimated weight. If you're unsure, please put down your best guess.
- Check the "These package(s) do not contain any Hazardous Materials or Dangerous Goods" box and the "Terms and Conditions" box.
- Press Schedule a Pickup.
You should get an email confirming the details of your pickup. On the morning of your pickup, be sure your photo box(es) are placed where you selected. You will also get a confirmation email when your box is picked up and when we see it coming to our lab.
