At PhotoPanda, we're dedicated to the well-being of our team. Each year we issue a bold, month-long vacation for all staff.
Our company-wide break is June 7th to June 29th.
Thank you for your patience as we maintain the quality and care you expect from us year-round.
What's Being Paused
Here’s what to expect and how it might impact you:
- Shipping: There will be no shipments of PhotoPanda boxes or products during the break. If you place a pre-order, please expect a delay until we return.
- Scanning: We will not be scanning during the scheduled break. Any shipments received will be safely stored and processed once we return.
- Customer Service: Our customer service operations will be on hold. We'll have limited emergency support and automated assistance, but most service requests will be addressed after the break.
I need to change something about my order, what can I do?
We offer a self-service portal where you can manage your order online. Your Order Status Page can be found on any confirmation email we've sent.
Through your Order Status Page you can:
- Cancel and automatically refund orders.
- Upgrade your scanning box to a larger size.
- Update your shipping or return address.
- Purchase additional add-ons like USB flash drives, Digital Frames, or Signature Confirmation.
- Track all packages, including the empty boxes we send you and the Photo Boxes you ship to us.
- Write general notes to our scanning team.
Understanding the Impact
We recognize that this might inconvenience our customers who have come to expect continuous service. This break is not just a benefit for our team but a commitment to delivering superior service to you in the future.
