- Change shipping or return addresses.
- Check shipment tracking information and delivery dates.
- Toggle Auto Enhancements and Reverse Scanning.
- Leave a note to our scanning technicians.
- Get the private web link to view your Cloud Vault Backup.
- Automatically cancel your order (if available).
- Purchase additional USB flash drives or Digital Frames.
- Add Photo Grouping to your order.

No login credentials are needed to access your order status page, the secure link from your email is all you need.

Purchasing Add-Ons
If available, you can purchase add-ons and upgrades directly from your Order Status Page.
After making the purchase, you'll receive a receipt for any order changes. These changes will be visible immediately online and in our internal system. You do not need to update the label inside your photo box to reflect the new services.
