Turnaround Time Estimate

For most orders, scanning is completed within 10 business days (approximately 2 weeks) after your photos arrive at our lab. Please note that during peak seasons, order completion may take up to 6 weeks.

Rush Orders

If you require faster service, we offer a Priority Scanning option. This guarantees your scanning will be completed within 5 business days. Priority Scanning can reduce the entire PhotoPanda process timeframe from a potential 8 weeks down to just 2 weeks.

Time Limit

Organize your photo collection at your own pace! You have a full year (365 days) from your purchase date to send in your photos to us. We will be ready to scan them whenever you are.
