Are my photos returned after scanning?

If you don't want your photos back, contact us (or leave a note to our team) and we can securely dispose of your photos for no extra charge.

Changing Your Return Address

You can also have your photos returned to a different address. We frequently have customers who are moving homes. They mail in their photos from one address then have us return their photos to a new address.

At this time, only one address can be provided at checkout. After purchase, you can control where we return your photos on your Order Status Page (provided via email).

Returning your photos to a different address is great for moves or delivering them to family for safekeeping.
