How much time do I have to send my photos?

Your purchase is valid for one year (365 days). After a year, the prepaid shipping label attached to your package will expire.

We recommend printing new shipping labels after 10 or 11 months to ensure your package will be delivered quickly. Shipping label renewal can be done on your Order Status Page.

Our payment processor allows refunds only within 120 days of the original purchase date.
