Do you preserve the order/organization of my photos?
We ask that all photos sent in are organized by size.
It's OK to keep some mixed sizes in the same stack, however we will reorganize if there is a dramatic difference in sizes (larger than ~2 inches).

Will my physical photos be returned in the same order?
You will always get your original photos back, but we cannot guarantee the physical stack will be returned in the exact same sequence you sent. We try our best to keep stacks organized and identical to the way you mail them in.
However, because photos are jostled during mailing and handled during scanning, occasional small shifts can occur and it is difficult to promise exact physical ordering on return.
Same-size, tightly-packed stacks have the best chance of staying in order.
If you want, leave a short note on your Order Status Page with any special handling instructions (for example: “Please keep 4×6 year stacks separate in their bags”). That helps our technicians honor your preferences where possible.
