Do you preserve the order/organization of my photos?

We ask that all photos sent in are organized by size.

If your photos are stacked by size and packed tightly together, they will very likely be scanned in the same order you send them in. You can also bundle and label mixed sizes separately so they’re handled without disrupting the rest of the timeline.

It's OK to keep some mixed sizes in the same stack, however we will reorganize if there is a dramatic difference in sizes (larger than ~2 inches).

We still cannot guarantee to preserve any chronological order when scanning.

By focusing our energy on bulk photo scanning we can keep prices as low as possible for those who just want a treasure trove of their memories.

Examples

Photos stacked in order of size will be scanned exactly as sent.

Photos roughly the same size will usually be scanned in order.

Photos completely unorganized will be reordered by size.
